Core services

  • Service A

    SRT Subtitle Formatting

We format your transcript or dialogue text into the SubRip Subtitle (.srt) structure: sequential cue numbers, correctly formatted timestamps, readable text blocks and blank-line separation — then validate the file structurally before delivery.

    You provide
Transcript or dialogue text with timing information (timecodes per line or segment)
    You receive
One .srt file per video, UTF-8 encoded
    Billed under: Transcript-to-SRT FormattingFull specification
  • Service B

    Subtitle Timing Synchronization

We align an existing transcript or subtitle file against supplied source media or reliable timing references so each cue appears when the dialogue starts and stays on screen for an appropriate duration.

    You provide
    The transcript or subtitle file
    You receive
A synchronized .srt file per video
    Billed under: Synchronization ServiceFull specification
  • Service C

    Transcript Segmentation

We divide continuous transcript text into subtitle-sized units based on sentence structure, speaker changes, punctuation, preferred line lengths and your style guide.

    You provide
    Transcript text
    You receive
Segmented text, or an .srt file if timing information is supplied
    Billed under: Transcript-to-SRT FormattingFull specification
  • Service D

    Subtitle File Quality Control

We review existing subtitle files for structural and technical issues and return a clear issue report, plus a corrected file where the fix is within the agreed scope.

    You receive
    An issue report per file
Billed under: File Format CheckFull specification

    Subtitle File Conversion

We convert between formats we have implemented and tested. Today that is SubRip (.srt) and WebVTT (.vtt) in both directions. Other formats (SBV, ASS/SSA and others) will only be offered once conversion and validation for them are implemented and tested.

    You provide
A structurally valid .srt or .vtt file
    You receive
    The converted file
Billed under: File Format CheckFull specification
  • Service F

A quotation-based workflow for organizations submitting multiple related files: consistent naming, consistent formatting rules, per-file status and a single consolidated delivery.

    You provide
A file list (spreadsheet is fine) with durations
    You receive
All subtitle files in the agreed folder structure
    Billed under: Business BatchFull specification
