Revision policy
One consolidated correction round is included for deviations from the agreed specification, reported within the review window stated in your quotation. Changes to the original scope (new text, new timing references, new style rules) are quoted separately before any work is done.
Turnaround
Turnaround is estimated per project from total duration, file count, source-material quality and current workload, and is confirmed in writing in your quotation before work begins. Rush delivery can be requested and is confirmed only if capacity allows.
Frequently asked questions
My transcript has no timestamps. Can you still format it?
We can segment and structure it, but accurate timestamps require synchronization against the video or audio. That is quoted under Subtitle Synchronization.
Do you change my wording?
No. We restructure line breaks and cue boundaries. We only correct obvious typographical errors when you ask us to, and we flag anything we are unsure about.
