This page explains how quotations, invoices and payments work at SNUBBIX LLC.
From quote to order
- You submit a project request.
- We send a written quotation listing the service, quantities, unit prices, any minimum fee, approved extras, any authorized discount, tax, total, currency and validity date.
- You approve the quotation on your project page. Approval creates an invoice for the quoted amount.
All amounts are recalculated by our system from the approved pricing configuration — the price shown in your browser is never treated as authoritative.
Invoices
Invoices are issued electronically and are available on your project page. Each invoice has a unique number and states the amount, currency, tax and due date.
Payment methods
We currently accept: Credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfer. Card payments use our payment processor's hosted checkout; card details are entered on the processor's page and never reach our servers. Bank-transfer details are provided on your invoice.
When payment is due
The due date is stated on the invoice. Whether a deposit is required is stated in your quotation.
Taxes
Applicable taxes are determined for the actual transaction and shown as a separate line on quotations and invoices. Sales or use tax is added only where required by law for the transaction and is always shown as a separate line.
Receipts
When you pay online, the payment provider issues a receipt to your email address. Paid invoices are marked as paid on your project page only after the payment provider has confirmed the payment to us.
Billing issues
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or twice, contact us via the contact form (topic: Billing) or billing@snubbix.com with your invoice number. Verified errors are corrected promptly.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible.
