This Privacy Policy explains how SNUBBIX LLC ("we") collects and uses personal information through snubbix.com and in providing our services.
1. Information we collect
Contact and quotation forms. Name, business name, email address, country, project details (service, duration, file count, languages, formats, deadline, requirements), optional purchase-order reference and any secure link you provide.
Uploaded files and project metadata. Files you upload (transcripts, subtitle files, documents), their names, sizes and checksums, and records of project status, quotations, invoices, deliveries and revision requests.
Support and refund requests. The information you include in messages and refund requests.
Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment provider (our third-party payment processor). We receive confirmation of payment status, amount and a provider reference. We do not receive or store full card numbers or security codes.
Technical information. Our servers process IP addresses to deliver the site and protect forms against abuse. For rate limiting and security logs we store a keyed hash of the IP address rather than the address itself.
Accounts. We do not currently offer customer accounts. Project pages are accessed through a private link sent to you.

3. Purposes of processing
To respond to inquiries; prepare quotations; perform contracted services; deliver files; issue invoices and process payments; handle revisions, support and refunds; keep business and tax records; and secure our services against abuse.
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply: performance of a contract or steps before entering one; compliance with legal obligations (e.g. tax records); and our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business. Where consent is the basis (optional analytics), you may withdraw it at any time.
5. Sharing and service providers
We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate, under contractual obligations, currently: hosting — our cloud hosting provider; file storage — a private cloud storage provider; transactional email — our transactional email provider; payments — our third-party payment processor; spam protection — none (we use built-in, cookie-free checks). We may disclose information where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
6. International transfers
Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
7. Retention and deletion
Customer source files and deliverables: deleted 90 days after project closure, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we agree a different period in writing. Quotations, invoices, payment records and related correspondence are kept for as long as required for accounting, tax and legal purposes. You may ask us to delete your information earlier where we are not required to keep it.
8. Security
Uploaded files are stored in private storage, are not publicly accessible, and are identified by random internal keys. Downloads use short-lived signed links. Access is limited to authorized personnel and logged. Connections to our site use HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you of a breach where the law requires.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us using the details below; we may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16.
